About Us

Candy & Charlotte brought their skills and ideas together in 2001 as new home construction accelerated in the Charlotte area. Their versatility and thoughtful attention to their clients' needs gives each project a unique personality.

Candy studied design at UNC Charlotte with a concentration on textile and fiber design. In 1976 she was selected to be a Third Century Artist under a grant from the NC Arts Council and became Artist in Residence in Stanly County. She exhibited her work in galleries throughout the area including the NC Museum of Art. Her interior design work has been seen on many home tours throughout North Carolina.

Charlotte gained recognition during the building of the new PTL campus in Fort Mill, SC in 1978 where her ideas were used in the decor of the resort hotel, restaurants, guest cottages, executive offices, and the television broadcast studio. She has served clients throughout the southeast and has worked her magic in many home shows in Charlotte and Lake Norman.
